The educational and research forest of Tarbiat Modares University is located in the center of  "Caspian Hyrcanian mixed forests " as one of the essential biosphere reserves near the village of "Molla Kola" in the city of "Nowshahr."

The location of two lakes next to the educational and research forest of the university, along with a guest house with suitable capacities for families, has made it very desirable for ecotourism.

The unique feature of this waterfall is the existence of several ponds in its different parts and having water all year round.
 
Crowded and beautiful forests of oak, maple, hornbeam, and yew trees surround this waterfall.
Also, "mountain celery" in spring has made this waterfall very suitable for tourists.
